I voted last Thursday. To tell you the truth I was a little scared to do it. That's the way we extremely shy, borderline agoraphobia sufferers are though -- intimidated by everything. But it was nothing.

I decided to vote early because I had no idea where to vote if I waited. I wouldn't have gone anywhere on November 2nd because I wouldn't know where my precinct's polling place would be. But when you vote early, there's only about two places to do it, and you actually get to choose which one you want to go to. So instead of being limited to one polling place at the last minute, I got to choose which was more convenient to me. No waiting either. I was in and out in ten minutes.

If you wish to know who I voted for, I wrote Ralph Nader in. He's awesome. There were a lot of other elections put on the ballot but you don't have to vote in them. I decided not to vote on some. There were seats that only Republicans were running for so I just skipped them. Every other category, I either voted Democrat or Libertarian. I didn't even read most of them. Yep, I make an informed decision. President, though, I researched thoroughly and I voted for the man that best represented me. No doubt about that.

It's almost Halloween time. I love this time of year. I think it has officially become my favorite time of the year. The weather is cool (which is especially nice coming off of a suffocating Texas summer), the seasons are changing, and it's time to set your clock back an hour. But most of all, it's time for Halloween so networks put on scary movie marathons (AMC's begins today!), and I can't get enough of them.

The cool, overcast weather is the perfect environment for scaring yourself and others shitless too. It's the correct... aura. Is that the correct term? Well, they just couldn't have put Halloween at a more fitting time in the year than they have. I love it. Going back to that AMC marathon, it's 8 days long and they're showing the "20 Scariest" movies of all time. Omen comes on in about an hour and I still have some homework to do, so I'm outta here.
