Follow-Up: Unidentified Gelatinous Blob Found
By Chris
"Elsa Cabrera, director of the Center for Cetacean Conservation in
Santiago, whose team found, photographed and preserved the find,
received inquiries from around the world." Scientists are thus far baffled on what it could be but suspect it's a giant octopus known as Octopus Giganteus. They are awaiting DNA test results. This occurrence reminded scientists of a similar find in 1896. Portions of that blob's skin were lost and thus its species never confirmed. The blob was compared to pictures of that 1896 find and color and shape were said to be similar. So what are we to believe? Is Bob really the psychic he claims to be? Despite this blob being found on the 23rd of June, before Bob even made his prediction, I say yes.
